What I believe

I was a scrawny kid growing up – 6 foot 2 inches tall and an intimidating 128 pounds. With a few chosen principles firmly in place I was able to build a little muscle and a heap of confidence. Later, I was able to compete in drug-free bodybuilding contests to showcase all my hard work. Those principles are:
